What defines my financial philosophy ?

Three words define my journey — not following the crowd, persevering, and embracing risk. After securing a Gold Medal at Utkal University and completing my MBA in Finance from IIM Raipur, I spent three years in the corporate world. Yet, I wasn’t fulfilled. I couldn’t imagine spending the next 40 years running the same race, so I took a leap of faith and quit — with no backup plan. That moment became the turning point of my life.

Stepping away gave me the space to explore new possibilities, and in one of those explorations, I discovered the equity markets. From that point onward, there was no looking back. As I immersed myself in the works of investment legends like Warren Buffett, Howard Marks, Morgan Housel, Parag Parikh, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, and Ramdeo Agrawal, I realised the transformative power of equities. Yet, I also saw how few people truly benefit from this opportunity.
